3 Ingredient Greek Yogurt Bagels are soft, chewy, and golden brown, made quickly in the air fryer without yeast or boiling.
Ingredients
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 egg, beaten
Optional toppings: everything bagel seasoning, sesame seeds, poppy seeds
Instructions
1. In bowl, combine flour and yogurt until dough forms.
2. Knead lightly on floured surface for 1–2 minutes.
3. Divide into 4 pieces. Roll into logs and form bagels.
4. Brush with egg wash. Add toppings.
5. Air fry at 350°F for 10–12 minutes until golden.
6. Cool 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Use thick Greek yogurt for best results.
Line air fryer with parchment to prevent sticking.
Store at room temp 2 days or freeze up to 2 months.
