Description
Tangy dill pickles stuffed with cheesy filling, topped with crispy breadcrumbs, and air fried until golden. A crunchy, creamy, and unique appetizer.
Ingredients
6 large dill pickles, halved
½ cup cream cheese
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon melted butter
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon paprika
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
1. Halve pickles lengthwise and scoop out centers.
2. Mix cream cheese and cheddar. Fill pickles.
3. Combine breadcrumbs, butter, garlic powder, and paprika. Sprinkle over pickles.
4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
5. Air fry pickles 6–8 minutes until golden and bubbly.
6. Garnish with parsley and serve with dipping sauce.
Notes
Dry pickles before stuffing to avoid sogginess. Cook in batches for best crispiness. Swap breadcrumbs with crushed pork rinds for keto version.
