Description
Crispy air fryer sweet potato fries served with a creamy maple cinnamon dip. A sweet and savory snack or side dish that’s healthier than regular fries.
Ingredients
For the fries:
2 sweet potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika (optional)
½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
Salt and pepper
For the dip:
½ cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Peel and cut sweet potatoes into fries.
2. Toss with olive oil, seasonings, salt, and pepper.
3. Air fry at 380°F for 15–18 minutes, shaking halfway.
4. Mix yogurt, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt for dip.
5. Serve fries hot with dip.
Notes
For extra crispy fries, soak cut sweet potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking.
Don’t overcrowd the basket.
Add cayenne for spice or Parmesan for richness.
