This Air Fryer Tortilla Garlic Bread is crispy, cheesy, buttery, and ready in under 10 minutes. A quick side or snack made with flour tortillas and simple pantry ingredients — perfect with pasta, soup, or on its own!
Ingredients
– 2 flour tortillas (8″ or 10″)
– 2 tablespoons melted butter
– 2 garlic cloves, minced (or ½ tsp garlic powder)
– ½ cup shredded mozzarella
– 2 tablespoons grated parmesan (optional)
– 1 tablespoon fresh parsley or dried Italian herbs
– Salt, to taste
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix melted butter with garlic and a pinch of salt.
2. Brush garlic butter evenly over each tortilla.
3. Top with mozzarella, parmesan, and herbs.
4. Air fry at 375°F for 4–5 minutes until golden and bubbly.
5. Let cool slightly, slice into wedges, and serve warm.
