Description

Apple Pie Tortilla Wraps with Brown Sugar Butter are quick, easy dessert wraps stuffed with cinnamon-sugar apples, rolled in tortillas, and finished with a buttery brown sugar drizzle. Cozy, handheld, and perfect for fall!

Ingredients

Scale

2 large apples (Honeycrisp, Granny Smith, Fuji, or Gala)

1 tablespoon butter

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Pinch of salt

4 (8-inch) flour tortillas

For the Brown Sugar Butter Sauce:

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon milk or cream

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

For serving:

Powdered sugar

Optional: caramel sauce, whipped cream, or ice cream

Instructions

Peel, core, and thinly slice apples.

In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat. Add apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Cook 5–6 minutes until apples are soft and syrupy.

Spoon apple filling onto tortillas and roll up tightly.

In the same skillet, sear wraps seam-side down until golden, 1–2 minutes per side, or bake at 375°F for 10 minutes.

In a saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons butter for sauce. Add brown sugar and milk, simmer 1–2 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla.

Drizzle wraps with brown sugar butter sauce and dust with powdered sugar. Serve warm.

Notes

Warm tortillas before rolling to prevent cracking. Slice apples thin for even cooking. Serve wraps fresh for best flavor and texture.
