Juicy boneless pork chops seared and simmered in a creamy garlic spinach sauce. A one-pan meal that’s comforting, flavorful, and ready in under 35 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale

4 boneless pork chops

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and black pepper to taste

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup grated parmesan cheese

3 cups spinach leaves

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

1. Pat pork chops dry and season with salt and pepper.

2. Heat olive oil in skillet, sear pork chops 4–5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

3. Sauté garlic for 1 minute in same skillet.

4. Deglaze with chicken broth and simmer 2 minutes.

5. Stir in cream, parmesan, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Simmer until thickened.

6. Add spinach and cook until wilted.

7. Return pork chops, spoon sauce over, and simmer 2–3 minutes.

8. Serve hot with sauce.

Notes

Use thick pork chops for juicier results.

Do not boil the sauce simmer gently.

Try adding mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, or kale for variation.
