Ingredients
1 pound spaghetti
1 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 small onion diced
3 cloves garlic minced
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
1/2 cup chicken or beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup cream cheese softened
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
In same skillet sauté onion until softened about 5 minutes. Add garlic and red pepper flakes and cook 1 minute.
Pour in broth and cream. Simmer gently.
Stir in cream cheese until melted. Add mozzarella and Parmesan, stirring until smooth.
Return beef to skillet and stir into sauce.
Add cooked spaghetti and toss until fully coated.
Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan. Serve hot.
Notes
Use freshly grated cheese for best melting results.
Simmer sauce gently, do not boil after adding cream.
Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste for more or less spice.
Add vegetables like spinach or roasted peppers for extra nutrition.
Reheat with a splash of cream or broth to loosen sauce.
