Creamy layers of vanilla cheesecake mousse, red velvet cake crumbs, and crushed candy canes come together for the ultimate no-bake holiday dessert. Festive, beautiful, and delicious!
Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
2 cups red velvet cake crumbs
1/2 cup crushed candy canes
Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
1. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and yogurt, mixing until creamy.
2. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into the cheesecake mixture.
3. Layer red velvet crumbs, cheesecake filling, and crushed candy canes in jars.
4. Repeat layers and chill for 1 hour.
5. Top with whipped cream and extra candy canes before serving.
Notes
Crush candy canes just before serving to keep their crunch.
Can be made up to 24 hours ahead and stored chilled.
