  • Author: Melissa
  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 6 servings 1x

Description

Caramel Apple Nachos are a fun, no-bake dessert made by layering crisp apple slices with warm caramel sauce, a cinnamon drizzle, and a variety of crunchy and sweet toppings. The ultimate fall treat for parties, snacks, or family nights!

Ingredients

Scale

3 large apples (Granny Smith, Honeycrisp, or Fuji)

1/2 cup caramel sauce

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 tablespoons water or apple juice

1/3 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips (optional)

1 tablespoon granola or crushed pretzels (optional)

Pinch of flaky sea salt (optional)

Lemon juice (optional, to prevent browning)

Instructions

Wash, core, and thinly slice apples. Toss with lemon juice if desired.

Arrange apple slices in an overlapping pattern on a large serving platter.

Warm caramel sauce in a small bowl until pourable.

In another bowl, mix ground cinnamon with water or apple juice to make a thin glaze.

Drizzle warm caramel and cinnamon glaze evenly over the apples.

Sprinkle with chopped nuts, mini chocolate chips, and any other desired toppings.

Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, slice apples just before serving to prevent browning. Mix and match apple varieties for more flavor. Set up a topping bar for parties so guests can customize their nachos. Store leftovers in the fridge and enjoy within 24 hours.
