Ingredients
- vanilla ice cream
- nuts
- chocolate chips
- espresso powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the brownie batter ingredients until well combined.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- In another bowl, prepare the cookie dough by mixing the ingredients until smooth.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough on top of the brownie batter, spreading it out as needed.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
