Description

Buttery crescent rolls filled with creamy crab, cream cheese, and herbs—baked until golden brown. A perfect appetizer or snack!


Ingredients

– 1 package crescent roll dough (8-count)

– 1 cup lump crab meat

– 4 oz cream cheese, softened

– 2 tbsp mayonnaise

– 1 green onion, sliced

– 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning

– 1 tsp lemon juice

– 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

– Salt and pepper to taste

– 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a bowl, mix crab, cream cheese, mayo, green onion, lemon juice, parsley, Old Bay, salt, and pepper.

3. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.

4. Spoon crab mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.

5. Roll up the crescents, tucking in the sides.

6. Place on baking sheet and brush with egg wash.

7. Bake for 12-14 minutes until golden brown.

8. Serve warm with lemon wedges or dipping sauce.

– Use imitation crab for a budget-friendly version.
