Description
Savory and sweet, these Cranberry Turkey Stuffing Balls are perfect for holiday meals, potlucks, or using up Thanksgiving leftovers. Easy to make, freezer-friendly, and drizzled with rich gravy.
Ingredients
3 cups cooked turkey, shredded or chopped
1 box (6 oz) seasoned stuffing mix
1 cup chicken or turkey broth
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons butter
2 large eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: fresh parsley or chives for garnish
Optional: turkey or chicken gravy for serving
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and celery and sauté for about 5 minutes, until softened.
Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions using broth instead of water. Let cool slightly.
In a large bowl, combine prepared stuffing, cooked turkey, sautéed veggies, cranberries, and beaten eggs. Mix until well combined.
Use your hands or a scoop to form the mixture into balls, about golf ball size.
Place stuffing balls on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
Serve warm with gravy and garnish with herbs if desired.
Notes
For a crispier texture, broil for the last 2-3 minutes.
Can be frozen before or after baking.
Swap turkey with chicken or plant-based protein as needed.
Use cornbread stuffing for a sweeter Southern-style version.
