Creamy Whipped Feta Dip is a smooth, tangy spread made with feta cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, and lemon juice. It’s quick to make, perfect for entertaining, and pairs beautifully with crackers, pita, or fresh vegetables.
Ingredients
– 8 oz block feta cheese (use block, not crumbled)
– 4 oz cream cheese, softened (or plain Greek yogurt)
– 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (plus more for drizzling)
– 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
– 1 small garlic clove, minced (optional)
– Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
– 1 tbsp fresh herbs (parsley, dill, or oregano), chopped
– Crackers, pita chips, or veggies, for serving
Instructions
1. Break the feta into chunks and add to a food processor with cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic (if using).
2. Blend until smooth and fluffy, scraping down the sides as needed.
3. Taste and season with freshly cracked black pepper. Add extra salt only if needed.
4. Spoon the whipped feta into a shallow serving bowl.
5. Swirl the top with the back of a spoon, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with chopped herbs and more black pepper.
6. Serve with crackers, pita chips, or fresh veggies.
