Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap or parchment paper and pound to an even thickness of about 1 inch.
- Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Set up three shallow dishes: Dish 1: All-purpose flour. Dish 2: Whisked eggs. Dish 3: Mixture of Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, dried Italian herbs, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in egg, and then press into the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.

- Place the breaded chicken breasts on the baking sheet, spaced apart.
