Description
Tender beef cubes and buttery potatoes slow-cooked in a rich garlic herb butter sauce. A simple, hearty meal that’s full of flavor and perfect for any night.
Ingredients
2 lbs beef chuck roast or stew meat
1.5 lbs baby potatoes
6 tbsp butter, melted
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Place beef and potatoes in slow cooker.
2. Mix butter, garlic, Worcestershire, and seasonings; pour over top.
3. Cook on LOW 7–8 hours or HIGH 4 hours.
4. Stir before serving and garnish with parsley.
Notes
For a deeper flavor, sear beef cubes before slow cooking.
Add mushrooms or onions for extra richness.
Garnish with Parmesan before serving.
