Tender chicken breasts and buttery potatoes slow-cooked in a creamy garlic Parmesan sauce. Easy, comforting, and full of flavor perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
4 boneless chicken breasts
1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Arrange potatoes in the bottom of slow cooker. Place chicken on top.
2. In a bowl, whisk butter, olive oil, garlic, broth, cream, Parmesan, and seasonings.
3. Pour sauce over chicken and potatoes.
4. Cover and cook on low 6–7 hours or high 3–4 hours.
5. Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.
Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan for best texture.
Add cream cheese for a thicker sauce.
Substitute coconut milk for a dairy-free version.
Serve with salad or garlic bread.
