  • Author: Melissa
  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Description

Fun and healthy Halloween wraps made with spinach tortillas, veggies, and deli fillings, decorated to look like Frankenstein faces. Perfect for parties, kids, and festive lunches.

Ingredients

Scale

4 spinach tortillas

4 large lettuce leaves

4 slices deli turkey or ham

4 slices cheddar or provolone cheese

½ cup sliced cucumbers or bell peppers

½ cup shredded carrots

2 tablespoons cream cheese or hummus

Black olives, sliced

Candy eyes or small mozzarella circles

Toothpicks (optional)

Instructions

1. Spread cream cheese or hummus on spinach tortillas.

2. Layer lettuce, deli meat, cheese, and veggies.

3. Roll tortillas tightly, leaving lettuce sticking out as “hair.”

4. Place wraps seam-side down on a platter.

5. Attach eyes using cream cheese and olives.

6. Add olive strips as “stitches.”

7. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.

Notes

Do not overfill wraps for easier rolling.

Add decorations just before serving.

Use seaweed strips instead of olives for stitches if preferred.
