Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef
2 medium sweet potatoes, cubed
1 avocado, sliced
⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Hot Honey:
3 tbsp honey
1 tsp hot sauce
½ tsp red pepper flakes
½ tsp apple cider vinegar
Beef Seasoning:
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp chili powder
Instructions
1. Roast sweet potatoes at 400°F for 25 minutes.
2. Brown ground beef in a skillet and season with soy sauce and spices.
3. In a small pan, warm honey, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, and vinegar.
4. Assemble bowls with beef, roasted sweet potatoes, and avocado.
5. Top with feta, parsley, and a drizzle of hot honey before serving.
Notes
