Instructions

  1. Wash the zucchinis thoroughly under cold water to remove any dirt or residue. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.
  2. Slice the zucchinis into even rounds, about 1/4 inch thick. Alternatively, cut them into sticks or half-moons for a different presentation.
  3. Place the sliced zucchinis in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil over the zucchini slices.
  5. Sprinkle the garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper over the zucchini. Adjust seasonings to taste.
  6. Toss the zucchini slices until they are evenly coated with the oil and seasonings.
