1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 large eggs
1 cup whole milk or buttermilk
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
1/4 cup fresh basil chopped
Optional 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
Instructions
Pat tomatoes dry to avoid excess moisture in the bread.
Use parchment paper for easy removal.
Do not overmix batter for the fluffiest loaf.
