Ingredients
1 ½ pounds ground beef
6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 large eggs
½ cup heavy cream
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Cook bacon until crispy, set aside, and crumble.
3. In the same skillet, cook ground beef with onion and garlic until browned. Drain excess grease.
4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, cream cheese, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until creamy. Spread into baking dish.
5. In a bowl, whisk eggs and heavy cream. Pour over beef mixture.
6. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella evenly on top.
7. Add crumbled bacon as the final layer.
8. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes or until set and golden.
9. Let rest 5–10 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley.
Notes
Drain beef well to avoid excess grease.
Use freshly shredded cheese for best results.
Add toppings like pickles or mustard for extra cheeseburger flavor.
