Tender, juicy Crock Pot Pork Chops smothered in a creamy garlic-onion gravy. Perfect for busy weeknights or cozy Sunday dinners. Serve over mashed potatoes or noodles.

Ingredients

Scale

4 to 6 boneless or bone-in pork chops

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 small onion, thinly sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 ½ cups chicken broth

1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup

½ cup heavy cream or sour cream

1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

Season pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Optional: Sear chops in olive oil for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.

Place sliced onions and garlic in bottom of slow cooker.

Layer pork chops on top of onions.

In a bowl, whisk together chicken broth, cream of soup, and cream.

Pour sauce over pork chops.

Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.

Optional: Stir in cornstarch slurry during last 20 minutes to thicken.

Serve over mashed potatoes or rice with gravy spooned on top.

Garnish with parsley and extra pepper if desired.

Notes

Use thick-cut chops for best texture.

Searing adds flavor but is optional.

Make it dairy-free by using coconut cream or dairy-free alternatives.

Add mushrooms or carrots for extra vegetables.

Freeze leftovers with sauce for meal prep.
