Description
Golden pan-seared potato gnocchi tossed in a rich garlic-Parmesan cream sauce with fresh herbs. A decadent, restaurant-worthy dish ready in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients
1 lb potato gnocchi
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 teaspoon rosemary, chopped
1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
1. Boil gnocchi until tender, drain, and set aside.
2. Pan-sear gnocchi in butter and olive oil until golden. Remove and set aside.
3. In same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add cream and simmer gently.
4. Stir in Parmesan, rosemary, parsley, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
5. Return gnocchi to skillet and toss until coated.
6. Serve hot with extra Parmesan and herbs.
Notes
For a lighter option, use half-and-half instead of cream.
Add chicken, shrimp, or vegetables for variety.
