Crispy cheddar Goldfish crackers tossed with melted butter, tangy ranch seasoning, and Parmesan cheese, then baked until extra flavorful.
Ingredients
1 bag (6.6 oz) cheddar Goldfish crackers
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons powdered ranch seasoning mix
1/3 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, add Goldfish crackers and drizzle with melted butter. Toss to coat.
Sprinkle ranch seasoning and Parmesan cheese over crackers, tossing until evenly coated.
Spread crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of cayenne or red pepper flakes. This recipe works with other crackers like Cheez-Its or oyster crackers. Store at room temperature for best texture.
