Quick and healthy peanut butter and banana roll-ups made with tortillas, perfect for snacks, school lunches, or on-the-go meals.
Ingredients
2 large flour or whole wheat tortillas
2 medium ripe bananas
4 tbsp creamy peanut butter
Optional: honey drizzle or cinnamon sprinkle
Instructions
Lay one tortilla flat on a cutting board.
Spread 2 tbsp peanut butter evenly over the tortilla.
Place one banana at one end of the tortilla.
Drizzle honey or sprinkle cinnamon if desired.
Roll the tortilla tightly around the banana.
Slice into 1-inch pieces.
Repeat with the second tortilla and banana.
Serve immediately or pack into a lunchbox with fruit.
Notes
Use firm bananas for the best texture.
For a nut-free version, substitute sunflower seed butter.
Chill before slicing for cleaner cuts.
