Ingredients
– 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
– ½ cup natural peanut butter
– 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional Toppings:

– Mini chocolate chips
– Granola clusters
Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
2. Spoon the mixture into silicone mini muffin molds or ice cube trays.
3. Sprinkle with your choice of toppings: nuts, chocolate chips, or granola.
4. Freeze for at least 2 hours, until firm.
5. Pop out of the molds and enjoy! Store leftovers in a freezer-safe container.
