6 oz white chocolate

1 tbsp coconut oil or shortening (optional)

1 cup crushed candy canes

Wooden sticks or skewers


Instructions

1. Wash and dry apples thoroughly. Insert sticks.

2. Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil until smooth.

3. Dip apples, coat evenly, and place on parchment to set.

4. Sprinkle or roll apples in crushed peppermint candy.

5. Melt white chocolate and drizzle over apples.

6. Let set completely before serving or wrapping.
