Description
Festive no-bake Pumpkin Patch Rice Krispie Treats made with gooey marshmallows, crispy cereal, and topped with candy leaves and pretzel stems. Perfect for fall parties and Halloween.
Ingredients
6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 (10 oz) bag mini marshmallows
Orange food coloring, as needed
10 to 12 pretzel sticks
Green icing or green candy leaves, for decorating
Optional: 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional: Cooking spray or butter for greasing hands
Instructions
In a large pot, melt butter over low heat.
Add marshmallows and stir until fully melted and smooth.
Mix in orange food coloring and optional vanilla extract.
Remove from heat and stir in Rice Krispies cereal until well coated.
Let mixture cool slightly until safe to handle.
Grease hands with cooking spray or butter.
Scoop and shape mixture into round pumpkin balls.
Insert a pretzel stick into the top of each ball as a stem.
Decorate with green icing or candy leaves.
Place on parchment paper and let set before serving.
Notes
Use food-safe gloves or damp hands for easier shaping.
Add pumpkin spice or cinnamon for a seasonal twist.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
