Description
Festive pumpkin-shaped sliders made with juicy beef patties, melted cheese, and pretzel stick stems. Perfect for Halloween, Thanksgiving, or fall gatherings.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (80/20)
8 slider buns
8 slices cheese (cheddar, American, or provolone)
8 small lettuce leaves
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
8 pretzel sticks
Optional condiments: ketchup, mustard, mayo, pickles
Instructions
1. Score the tops of slider buns lightly into pumpkin-like segments. Insert pretzel sticks as stems.
2. Mix ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Shape into 8 patties.
3. Cook patties in a skillet or grill over medium-high heat, 3–4 minutes per side.
4. Add cheese slices during the last minute of cooking, cover to melt.
5. Place patties on bottom buns, add lettuce, and top with pumpkin-shaped buns.
6. Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
Toast buns lightly before assembling to prevent sogginess.
Patties can be made ahead and refrigerated until ready to cook.
