S’mores Layered Delight Cups bring all the campfire magic indoors! These no-bake dessert cups feature layers of buttery graham cracker crumbs, creamy marshmallow cheesecake filling, rich chocolate ganache, and whipped cream—finished with chocolate drizzle and a sprinkle of cookie crumbs for that perfect s’mores crunch.

Ingredients

– 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

– 4 tbsp butter, melted

– 8 oz cream cheese, softened

– ¾ cup marshmallow fluff or cream

– ½ cup powdered sugar

– 1 cup heavy whipping cream (for filling)

– ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

– ½ cup heavy cream (for ganache)

– Chocolate sauce and caramel sauce (for drizzling)

– ¼ cup mini chocolate chips or chopped chocolate

– Optional: Mini marshmallows for torch-toasting

Instructions

1. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of each serving cup.

2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, marshmallow fluff, and powdered sugar until smooth.

3. In a separate bowl, whip 1 cup heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the marshmallow mixture.

4. In a small saucepan, heat ½ cup heavy cream until simmering. Pour over chocolate chips and let sit 2 minutes, then stir until smooth to make ganache.

5. Layer the cups: start with graham cracker crumbs, then marshmallow cheesecake filling, followed by ganache. Repeat if desired.

6. Top with whipped cream, chocolate and caramel drizzle, mini chocolate chips, and extra graham crumbs.

7. Optional: Toast marshmallows on top with a kitchen torch for a true s’mores finish.

8. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

– Use chocolate pudding instead of ganache for a quicker option.
