Ingredients
2–3 green apples (Granny Smith)
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup mini marshmallows or yogurt-covered peanuts
Edible candy eyes or marshmallows with chocolate chips
Optional: lemon juice to prevent browning
Instructions
Cut apples into quarters and carve out a small wedge from each to form a mouth.
Brush with lemon juice if using.
Spread peanut butter into the mouth cavity.
Insert mini marshmallows or yogurt-covered nuts for teeth.
Attach candy eyes on top using peanut butter as glue.
Chill slightly before serving, or serve immediately.
