Ingredients
Crust:

½ cup pumpkin purée
⅓ cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp ginger
⅛ tsp cloves
½ cup whipped topping
Whipped Cream:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
Decorations:
Mini cookies, candy eyes, graham crumbs
Instructions
1. Mix graham crumbs, butter, and brown sugar; press into jars.
2. Beat cream cheese, pumpkin, sugar, vanilla, and spices until smooth.
3. Fold in whipped topping.
4. Beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
5. Layer crust, pumpkin cheesecake, and whipped cream in jars.
6. Decorate with cookies, candy eyes, and crumbs.
7. Chill 2 hours before serving.
Notes
