Ingredients
3 ripe peaches, sliced
1 cup fresh raspberries
1 cup fresh blackberries
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey (optional, adjust to sweetness)
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh mint
1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper (optional)
Instructions
1. Wash and dry all fruit. Slice peaches into thin wedges.
2. In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, raspberries, and blackberries.
3. Drizzle with lemon juice and honey.
4. Sprinkle in chopped mint and a few turns of black pepper (if using).
5. Gently toss until evenly coated.
