Description
A golden, flaky crescent ring filled with turkey, cranberry sauce, and melted cheese, shaped like a holiday wreath. Perfect for Thanksgiving leftovers or festive gatherings.
Ingredients
2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls (8-count each)
2 cups cooked turkey (shredded or chopped)
1 cup cranberry sauce
1 ½ cups shredded Swiss or mozzarella cheese
1 egg, beaten
Fresh thyme or rosemary for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Arrange crescent roll triangles in a circle, with wide ends overlapping in the center and points facing outward.
3. Spread turkey, cranberry sauce, and cheese over the wide ends of the triangles.
4. Fold pointed ends over filling and tuck under to form a ring.
5. Brush dough with beaten egg for shine.
6. Bake 20–25 minutes, until golden brown.
7. Garnish with fresh thyme or rosemary and serve warm.
Notes
Use a thick cranberry sauce to avoid soggy dough.
Brie or gouda can be substituted for the cheese.
