  • Author: Melissa
  • Total Time: 45 minutes
  • Yield: 4-6 glasses

Description

This Whipped Pink Lemonade is a creamy, dreamy, and refreshing twist on a summer classic! With zesty lemonade, sweet raspberry swirls, and a velvety whipped texture, it’s the perfect cool-down treat for sunny days, parties, or whenever you want a sip of something extra special.

Ingredients

– 1 cup pink lemonade concentrate (thawed) or fresh lemonade

– 1 cup cold milk (or plant-based milk)

– 2 cups vanilla ice cream (or frozen whipped topping)

– ¼ cup raspberry syrup or puree

– 1 tsp lemon zest (optional)

– Whipped cream, for topping

– Fresh raspberries and lemon slices, for garnish

Instructions

1. In a blender, combine pink lemonade concentrate, milk, and vanilla ice cream. Blend until smooth and creamy.

2. Drizzle raspberry syrup or puree along the inside walls and bottom of each glass.

3. Carefully pour the blended lemonade into each glass over the raspberry base.

4. Use a spoon or skewer to swirl the raspberry and lemonade gently to create a marbled effect.

5. Top with whipped cream, extra raspberry syrup or lemon curd, and garnish with fresh raspberries and lemon zest.

6. Serve immediately and enjoy chilled!

Notes

– For a dairy-free version, use almond or coconut milk and non-dairy ice cream.

– Use strawberry syrup or blended strawberries as a raspberry substitute.

– Add a splash of vodka or pink gin for a boozy version.

– Best served fresh but can be blended ahead and chilled until ready to pour.
