Ingredients

– 1 pound pizza dough

– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

– 1 cup ricotta cheese

– ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

– 3–4 garlic cloves, minced

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

– Salt and black pepper, to taste

– Fresh parsley or basil, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it heats.

2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.

3. Mix the minced garlic with olive oil in a small bowl.
