Ingredients
2 slices whole-grain or sourdough bread
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 ripe avocado, sliced
2 boiled eggs, halved
1 tbsp olive oil (optional)
Flaky sea salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Chili flakes or paprika (optional)
Microgreens or herbs for garnish
Instructions
1. Toast bread slices until golden.
2. Spread cottage cheese evenly on each slice.
3. Arrange avocado slices over cottage cheese.
4. Top with boiled egg halves.
5. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
6. Garnish with microgreens or herbs and serve immediately.
